Your Child Get Ready for Kindergarten
I
will treat each child as a special person made by God in His image.
I will try to adapt my teaching methods to each child’s unique needs,
thus helping him/her to reach his/her highest potential.
I
want to pass on to my kindergarten children the timeless truths that I,
myself, have had the privilege of growing up with, as well as previous
generations here at
Beaverdam
Christian
School
. I will try to enable each
child to look at the world through the eyeglasses of the Bible verses that
we learn in school.
When
situations come up in the classroom, I hope to be able to apply these
truths to what is happening at that time.
I want to be able to teach the children in such a way that these
wonderful truths of Scripture will flow out of me and permeate their
lives.
I
like the words that I find in Isaiah 49:1b and 3 where it says, “Before
I was born the Lord called me…He said to me, ‘you are my servant.”
I feel such a sense of awe that God has called me to be a servant
to teach these covenant children. I
want to value each one’s contributions and help each child to do his/her
best. I want each child to
realize that God is also calling him/her to work in His kingdom.
I pray that God will give me the
energy and the skill to be able to do the work well that God has called me
to do.
