Guidelines for Beaverdam Christian School T.R.I.P.
The T.R.I.P. program stands for Tuition Reduction Incentive Program, and how it works is that area businesses give you a certain
percentage toward your tuition when you do business with them. On the order form, that I have enclosed, you will notice what
percentage each business contributes.
You fill out the order form and enclose payment of what you are interested in and drop it in the T.R.I.P. box, located by the kitchen at
school, before Wednesday, and you will receive your certificates for those businesses on the next Wednesday during our T.R.I.P.
hours.
For instance: You buy $100.00 worth of groceries from Family Fare every week. If you would place an order on Wednesday, then the
following Wednesday you pick up your $100.00 gift card from the T.R.I.P. counter and when you go shopping for groceries you use
that gift card for payment. Family Fare will send the school 2.5% toward YOUR tuition. So you just earned $2.50 toward your tuition.
It’s just that easy!?
Every three months you will receive a report that tells you how much you have accumulated towards your tuition.
T.R.I.P. can be used toward any Christian School. If you choose, and you have other children that go to a different school other than
Beaverdam, we will send your earnings to that school on a quarterly basis.
We do have a few guidelines that we need to follow though, they are:
1. Once you have ordered your certificates, they are yours. We have a No Return Policy.
2. If your certificate is lost or goes through the wash etc… We are sorry, but we cannot replace it, as that would be a loss to the
school.
3. Our T.R.I.P. hours are on Wednesday’s from 3:00-4:30 during the school months, Pick-Up being at School, and Noon-5:00 in the
summer months, pick-up being at Mandi Palmbos’ house. Late orders will be accepted until 7 P.M. on Wednesdays, just call the
coordinator, her phone number is located at the bottom of the order forms.
A Registration form link is above. If you are interested in signing up for T.R.I.P. Please just fill out the form and turn it in at the school
office or drop it in the box located by the kitchen. The T.R.I.P. Coordinator will contact you when it gets entered into the computer and
issue you an account number.
