Beaverdam
Christian preschool emphasizes a Christ-centered atmosphere. Our goal is
for the children to learn about and to become who God has created them to
be in His world. We strive to have them grow in their confidence and
knowledge of God, His love and His never failing care for all His
creation. General
Goals The
general goal at Beaverdam Christian Preschool is to prepare children for
Kindergarten and beyond. We achieve this in a stimulating and exciting
environment. We
prepare them Spiritually by:
making
them aware of God in all aspects of their lives.
showing
them all of God’s creation both in people and in the world around them.
by
developing social skills that are grounded in His word. We
also develop: Fine
Motor Skills
cutting,
folding, tracing, writing their name
Gross Motor Skills
balance, jumping, catching, skipping Academic Skills
shapes,
colors, patterns, alphabet, numbers
Language Skills
listening, poetry, finger plays,
stories
Socialization Skills
taking
turns, sharing, following directions, playing cooperatively with each
other
We hope to
achieve all above the above using different themes and events to open up a
whole new world for them. We offer a
two day program on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. If this session is full
we will offer an afternoon session. Your child must be four by September
